With its ancient fishing harbour and cosy cottages, central Padstow is the ideal base for your dream Cornish holiday.
Described as a haven in North Cornwall, Padstow is many people’s favourite destination in the South West, especially those seeking the best seafood restaurants and stunning sandy beaches.
Thanks to the influence of restaurateur Rick Stein, the town has even been dubbed ‘Padstein’ by food writers in the media!
A classic Cornish fishing port.
A busy and bustling port, Padstow harbour has a long and fascinating history, with the inner quays and strand built in the Tudor age. Although it is now primarily a haven for yachts, you can still enjoy travelling along its dramatic coastlines in one of the many pleasure boats available.
One of the most popular journeys is taking the ferry ride from Padstow to Rock, which can be easier than driving to explore the local area.
Between 1899 until 1967, Padstow railway station was the westernmost point of the former Southern Railway. The Camel Trail follows the course of the former railway and one of most popular recreational trails in Britain.
Our holiday cottages are in close proximity to the harbour, restaurants and shops, and we also have one property on the Camel Trail.
All our properties are self-catering and come with all the facilities needed to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also offer free parking and our properties are dog-friendly so suitable for all the family.
